Recipe: Vietnamese Pizza

Vietnamese Pizza (Banh Trang Nuong)

Substances:
For the Pizza:
1 bundle of thick rice paper (Three Women Model or comparable)
1.5 oz dried shiitake mushrooms
1 pound mushrooms (a mixture of cremini, shiitake, oyster, king)
3 to 4 Tablespoons of Canola (or Vegetable) oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 shallot or ½ small pink onion (finely chopped)
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
6 eggs (crushed)
Salt and black pepper to style
For the Garnish:
½ cup sliced scallions (inexperienced onion)
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 Tablespoon scorching sauce
Bonito flakes
Crispy shallots
Kewpie mayonnaise
Pickled carrot and/or daikon radish
Cilantro leaves
Tools:

2x Medium bowl
Measuring spoons

Process:
1. Carry roughly 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Place the dried mushrooms in a bowl, cowl with the boiling water, and let sit for one hour.
3. Drain the water, pat the soaked mushrooms dry, and mince the soaked mushrooms.
4. Chop the contemporary, combined mushroom till they’re roughly the scale of a pea.
